The Ivy

With a name like The Ivy, you can expect this building to be pretty flash. it’s surprisingly affordable though, probably because there are so many units to choose from (498). The glass railing balconies are a stand-out here, and you’ll probably also be impressed with the European cabinetry. For families, the Ivy is a great choice since it has a children’s playground. It also has a meditation garden, infinity pool, restaurant, and business centre.

Gran Paraiso Edgewater

You’ll find Gran Paraiso in North Edgewater, right by the Miami Beach Bridge. The views of the waterfront line are gorgeous, and residents get exclusive access to the restaurant and beach club by Michael Schwartz.

I just watched the video for this property, and woah. Their marketing guy deserves a medal because I want to move in right now. The condo is still in development, and that lobby looks like it will be absolutely stunning.

Marina Blue

This condo is 57 stories high and you’ll find it in one of Miami’s most exclusive neighbourhoods- Park West. There are 515 apartments to choose from, including unit residences and lofts. Marina Blue has direct water views for all apartments, and you can take advantage of the gym (also with ocean views), the yoga room, the business centre, and the volleyball court.

Brickell House

Brickell House is located downtown, and the property looks incredible so far. The amenities include a pool, spa, 24-hour security, and valet parking. There are units available to rent and buy, all at a range of prices and inclusions.

Icon South Beach

Icon South Beach is 40 stories, and you can choose from a number of colour schemes and floor plans. This looks like a great place for families or people who like to entertain, since you can also choose from a number of bedroom options, from one to six bedrooms. There are two infinity pools at this property, along with a library, cafe, spa, gym, and business centre.
